ACLS Success Stories
Call us today: 407 456 8490 Before I took the class, I studied a book I purchased for ACLS. I was worried about not remembering anything or not remembering the sequence of what to do during a megacode. I was really relieved that the instructor was aware enough that there are people like me who feel embarrassed to ask questions for fear of looking like they are asking a stupid question. He made sure that I got what I needed to know from the class and that there are no ACLS "stupid" questions. He knows that these skills are very important and I needed to leave the class knowing that I have obtained the knowledge and skills. I am glad I did because not long after I took the ACLS course, we had a code in our facility and I was one of the healthcare providers that participated in the emergency event. I did not even think twice about whether or not I can perform efficiently. I just jumped in as the anesthesiologist ran the code before the ambulance got there. I was very happy to know that when we followed up on the patient, he was alive and was walking in the hallways of the hospital. That was when I truly realized how powerful and beneficial going through a BLS and ACLS course really is. |
